The China Charging Alliance today announced the operation of the national electric vehicle charging and replacement infrastructure in November.
The data show that in November 2023, there were 101,000 more public charging piles than in October, and an increase of 51.7% in November.
As of November 2023, the member units of the Alliance reported a total of 2.626 million public charging piles, of which 1.1408 million DC charging piles and 1.477 million AC charging piles. From December 2022 to November 2023, about 75,000 new public charging piles will be added every month.
Detailed data are summarized as follows:
Provincial, regional and municipal operation of public charging infrastructure
Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Hubei, Shandong, Beijing, Anhui, Henan and Sichuan are the TOP10 public charging pile areas, accounting for 71.1% of the construction.
The national charging power is mainly concentrated in Guangdong, Jiangsu, Hebei, Sichuan, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Fujian, Shandong, Henan, Shaanxi and other provinces, the power flow to buses and passenger cars, sanitation logistics vehicles, taxis and other types of vehicles accounted for relatively small.
In November 2023, the total amount of charging electricity in the country was about 3.54 billion degrees, an increase of 330 million degrees from the previous month, an increase of 78.3% year on year, and an increase of 10.4% month on month.
Overall operation of the charging infrastructure
From January to November 2023, the increment of charging infrastructure was 3.054 million units, of which the increment of public charging piles was 828,000 units, and the increment of private charging piles equipped with vehicles was 2.226 million units, an increase of 27.4%.
As of November this year, the cumulative number of charging infrastructure nationwide was 8.264,000 units, an increase of 67.0% year-on-year.
