New energy vehicles in Europe & the United States: Sales of new energy vehicles in the eight European countries in November were 206,000 units, -11% year-on-year and +13% month-on-month; In November, the penetration rate of new energy vehicles was 24.8%, which was -4.2pct year-on-year and +1.8pct month-on-month. As of November 2023, the number of domestic public charging piles was 2.626 million units, of which 1.149 million DC charging piles, accounting for 43.8%, +1.5pct year-on-year, +0.6pct month-on-month. In November, the total power of public charging piles in China was about 77.79 million kW, +46% year-on-year and +7% month-on-month, and the total new power was about 5.22 million kW compared with the previous month. European & US charging piles: As of the end of December, the number of public charging piles in the 27 EU countries was 621,000 units, an increase of 17,000 units from the end of last month; Among them, the number of DC piles is 77,300 units, an increase of 0.3 million units from the end of last month, accounting for 12.4%, an increase of 0.1pct from the end of last month. By the end of December, the number of public charging piles in the United States was 160,000, an increase of 0.2 million units from the end of last month; Among them, the number of DC piles was 38,000 units, an increase of 0.1 million units from the end of last month, accounting for 23.4%, an increase of 0.3pct from the end of last month.
